The Marriott Chicago O’Hare is approximately three miles from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, which is served by myriad domestic and international airline routes. A complimentary hotel shuttle is available, as are ride shares, such as Lyft and Uber.

Free Shuttle To/From O’Hare Airport

For your convenience, complimentary shuttle transportation to and from O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is available. The O’Hare Hotel Shuttle Center is located on the ground level (LL) of O’Hare International Airport’s elevated parking garage. It is easily accessible by pedestrian tunnels from Terminals 1, 2 and 3. If you are taking the glass elevators, the floor is Lower Level (LL). Baggage Claim is also located on LL. Follow signs for Hotel Shuttles 2.

There are several white vans marked “Marriott” so be sure you take the one that goes to Higgins Road.

Domestic Flights

The hotel shuttle pick up is in Terminal 2, and the shuttle stops only at Door / Vestibule 2C.

Pick up and drop off every 30 minutes: on the hour and the half hour, 24/7, except

  • If you arrive in the early hours of the morning (3am – 5am), you may want to phone hotel to confirm pick-up.
  • There is no pick-up between 2am-3am.
International Flights

The hotel shuttle pick up is in Terminal 5, Door / Vestibule 5E. Call the hotel when you get there, so they are sure to stop at 5E. Phone: 1 (773) 693-4444.

By Public Transit

The Marriott Chicago O’Hare is approximately a 6 minute walk from the Cumberland stop on CTA’s Blue Line Train which provides access to O’Hare International Airport as well as myriad destinations within the Chicago metropolitan area. The Blue Line” L” train offers 24 hour service. Local bus routes also serve the area.

By Train

Chicago Union Station is a hub for Amtrak routes, connecting the east, west, and midwest. Visit https://www.amtrak.com/regions/midwest.html for more information. From Union Station, take a ride share to the Marriott Chicago O’Hare or connect to the “L” train system. By Bus
