For Domestic arrivals: The Hotel shuttle pick up for domestic flights is in Terminal 2 (which is where the E and F gates are), and the shuttle stops only at Door / Vestibule 2C. Note that this on the lower level NOT the rideshare level. Pick-up and drop-off every 30 minutes: on the hour and the half hour, 24/7, except there is no pick-up between 2am-3am.
